This world
premiere of a new Tariq Ali play contained flashbacks, video footage, images,
news coverage and animation. All the action took place in the living room of
the home secretary’s house. I created a huge bay window which also doubled up
as a media wall and contained slide projection, televisions and lightboxes as
well as tree branches for the interior scenes.
The smaller
version was made for the Soho Theatre.
